Frequently asked questions
Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that plan. You enter your payment details at signup, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins automatically. You can cancel before then and pay nothing.
We won't lock anyone out. If you go over your plan's user limit, we'll notify you and give you 14 days to either upgrade your plan or remove users. No surprise charges.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next renewal.
No. There are no setup fees, onboarding fees, or hidden costs on any plan. The price you see is the price you pay. The Elite plan includes a complimentary custom onboarding session.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice for Enterprise and Elite tiers.
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of a paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, you can cancel any time and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
On Professional plans and above, you get: custom domain (learn.yourcompany.com), your logo and favicon, your brand colours, custom CSS support, and complete removal of the Hotline name. Your learners will never see our brand.
The Starter plan supports SCORM 1.2. Professional, Enterprise, and Elite plans support both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004. All plans include full runtime compliance. Upload a ZIP and it works.
You do. Your courses, user data, and tracking records belong to you. You can export everything (users, enrolments, progress, course data) as CSV at any time. If you cancel, we give you 90 days to export before data is deleted.
