Your brand. Every pixel.

A white-label LMS is a learning platform you run under your own brand instead of a vendor's. The software is ours; the experience is entirely yours. Your learners reach it at your domain, sign in beneath your logo, and move through an interface painted in your colours. At no point do they see the word "Hotline LMS", and that is the point: the platform should feel like something you built, not something you rent.
That matters whether you train people internally or sell courses to customers. For an internal team, a branded platform reinforces your culture and sits naturally alongside your other company tools, so adoption is higher and the experience feels official. For a training provider, your brand is the product: a generic vendor logo on the login screen undercuts the premium you are charging for. White-labelling removes that tension completely, on both fronts, without a single line of code from you.
Everything is customisable.
Built for both use cases.
Internal training teams
Your employees see a training platform that looks like it was built in-house. It reinforces your employer brand and keeps the experience consistent with your other internal tools.
Common setup: learn.company.com with company logo and brand colours.
Training providers
Your customers see your brand, not ours. Sell courses, certifications, and memberships from a platform that looks and feels like a product you built yourself.
Common setup: academy.trainingco.com with full commercial branding.
Set up in five minutes.
Open Settings > Branding
From your admin dashboard, open branding settings.
Enter your custom domain
Type your domain (e.g. learn.yourcompany.com) and add a CNAME record pointing to hotlinelms.com. SSL is provisioned automatically.
Upload logo and favicon
Drag and drop your logo. It appears in the nav, login page, and emails.
Set your brand colours
Pick your primary and secondary colours using hex codes or the colour picker. The entire UI updates in real time.
How the branding works under the hood
You set everything from the admin dashboard, but it helps to know what is happening underneath so your IT team knows there is nothing to maintain.
Your domain, with automatic SSL
You point a CNAME record at Hotline LMS (for example learn.yourcompany.com) and we provision a TLS certificate for it automatically. Learners get a padlock and your address in the bar, with no certificate renewals for you to track and no shared subdomain in sight.
Colours that flow through the whole interface
Your primary and secondary colours are applied as design tokens, so they cascade through buttons, links, headers, progress bars, badges, and charts in one pass. You are not restyling screens one by one; you set two or three values and the entire platform follows.
Email sent as you, not as us
Invitations, password resets, and completion notifications carry your logo and name. On higher plans you can send from your own domain so messages land in inboxes looking like the rest of your company's mail, not a third-party notification.
Per-organisation branding for multi-client setups
If you serve several clients or run distinct internal divisions, each organisation can carry its own logo and colours on top of your platform defaults. One account, many branded front doors, no duplicate setup.
White-label LMS questions
A white-label LMS is learning software you run under your own brand. The platform is built and hosted by the vendor, but your learners only ever see your domain, logo, and colours. On Hotline LMS, that branding reaches the login page, the full learner interface, certificates, and the emails learners receive.
Yes. You can serve the whole platform from a custom domain such as learn.yourcompany.com or academy.yourbrand.io. You add a CNAME record at your DNS provider and Hotline LMS provisions an SSL certificate automatically, so the site is secure without any manual certificate work.
On Professional plans and above, no. There is no "Powered by" footer, no watermark, and no Hotline LMS name anywhere in the learner experience. Your brand is the only one present.
Yes. Transactional emails such as invitations, password resets, and completion notifications carry your logo and branding rather than ours. You can also configure sending from your own email domain so messages match the rest of your company mail.
No. Logo, favicon, and colours are configured from the admin dashboard in a few minutes with no code. Custom CSS is available if you want to fine-tune specific elements, but it is optional, not required.
Yes. Beyond your platform-wide branding, each organisation within your account can apply its own logo and colours. That suits training providers serving multiple clients and larger companies with distinct divisions.
