Q: Which plans include API access?

Q: How are webhooks secured?

Every webhook delivery is HMAC-signed so your endpoint can verify it came from Hotline LMS, and deliveries are logged with automatic retries on failure.

Q: Which identity providers work with SSO?

Any SAML 2.0 identity provider, including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace. Setup is a guided wizard: paste your IdP metadata and the configuration is extracted for you, with plain-English diagnostics if something is misconfigured.

Q: Can different client organisations use different identity providers?

Yes. SSO configures at the platform level or per organisation, so each of your client orgs can sign in with its own IdP while everyone shares the same branded platform.

Hotline LMS runs happily on its own, but it does not expect to be an island. A REST API, signed webhooks, single sign-on, and automated provisioning connect it to your identity provider, your CRM, and whatever else your business runs on.
