Q: Which plans include recertification?

Q: Does renewing a course wipe the learner's previous result?

No. A renewal runs as a completely fresh enrolment with its own progress, attempts, and certificate. The previous run is archived, and the old certificate and its history stay on the learner's record permanently, which is exactly what an auditor wants to see.

Q: Can we bring in certificates from our old system?

Yes. Historic certificates import from CSV with a dry run first, so you can check the matching before anything is written. Imported certificates carry their original issue and expiry dates and drop straight into the reminder ladder.

Q: What if we run instructor-led refresher days?

On plans with training management, expiry reminders link straight to your next scheduled date with free seats, and admins can rebook an expiring delegate into an upcoming event from the dashboard.

Set validity

Give a course a certificate validity period: 12 months, 24 months, whatever the standard requires. Every certificate issued carries its expiry date.

Learners are nudged

At 90, 60, 30, and 0 days before expiry, learners get branded reminder emails and in-app notifications with a link to renew. Optionally copy in their manager.
